Data Deletion Instructions

How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email from your registered email address to:

privacy@drpshippr.com

Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request

We will verify your identity and delete all data within 30 days.

Option 2: Facebook App Removal

If you connected via Facebook Login, you can also remove our app from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps & Websites
2. Find DrpShippr in the list
3. Click Remove
4. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data.

Please note: Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete data stored on our servers. Please also email us at privacy@drpshippr.com to request complete data deletion.

What Data Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and login information
• Your Shopify store connection and access tokens
• Your Facebook/Meta ad account connection and access tokens
• Order data associated with your account
• Campaign history and performance data
• Payment and payout information

Data Retention After Deletion

Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in backup systems before being permanently purged. We may also retain certain data if required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your data deletion request has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days, please follow up at privacy@drpshippr.com.
